Re: Massive battery recall check - TPI 93Q2
I'm also confused. It's a bit like having a blocked filler nozzle, but blaming the filling stations for pouring petrol on the floor every time you try to fill up. I appreciate that it's an awful situation and there's no question that public charging infrastructure isn't all it could be, but your fir...

Re: MY CUPRA app
I didn't think the additional user stuff worked at all on the app?

Re: Massive battery recall check - TPI 93Q2
Let's hope it's the start of better things To be fair, I've not had much to complain about with the car. I think my biggest, single moan is about VAG's inability to stabilise / manage the back-end of the app, so it's very flakey, but the car itself has been mostly excellent. Had a few issues with t...

Re: Massive battery recall check - TPI 93Q2
Bad luck, that. Mine came back with 3.2.1 and a clean bill of battery health. Bit worried that it's doing odd things with delayed-start charging, but will give it a few days to see how it pans out.

Re: Voice command standard?
And a reminder that those using Android Auto can access the google assistant with a long press of the voice button on the steering wheel. Much more useful!

Re: Granny Charger Included
I only use a 13A granny charger. It’s set to 80% on octopus and is always ready to go. That said I rarely do more than 100 miles in a day. If necessary I will pop into town and put it on a faster charger but haven’t needed to yet. The intelligent part of octopus extends the charging time to suit wh...

Re: Cupra Connect App
What I wanted to find out is, what does the app allow you to do, and how much is it usually? Key features: Allows you to look at the state of the car from your phone - i.e. charge state, range (albeit erratically due to a long standing km/miles conversion bug!), door / window lock status Lets you r...

Re: Massive battery recall check - TPI 93Q2
My car is in today for the battery module check and 3.2.1 software update, so fingers crossed nothing untoward is found. Had to drive two hours to a garage that would do it as my local one absolutely refused to do either the software update *or* battery check, despite Cupra themselves confirming tha...

Re: My Cupra App not working tonight
Yup, backend is broken and has been since earlier this morning although it's a different fault this time - the authentication services are failing this time.
I assume that they are rushing to fix it as we speak...
