I have exactly the same issue I have contacted Cupra support but they told me they had not seen this issue before. I am stuck with the message up as well and no access to anything else

The sound for music radio etc is quite good but the sound for the Navigation system and system sounds is terrible it sounds like the speakers have loose components the volume need to be kept very low.

Hi have noticed this as well with my Born V2 E Boost along with loads of other issues

Can believe they dont allow you to change the Wake word this car is definately not designed for UK use
