Re: 77 V3

No I didnt specify any tyres. They are Continental ECO Contact 6's. My 1st long journey was good. 154mile 3hours 20 4.0m per KWH that was impressive. Just to put that journey in context, what speeds were you doing? Mine will only approach 4.0 miles per kWh on warm Summer's day if sat on the motorwa...

Re: Heating

Getting colder here nowadays, and the AC works in… um, mysterious ways. Either the door/window is sealed badly, or the windscreen air outlet blow seemingly cool air along the driver side window because it feel like there’s a draft. Feels like something is not right. Anybody experiencing something s...

Re: What EV charger

What are these "nasty things with the signalling"? I've just started using the aforementioned workaround after my Born started charging at 3.7A in the Octopus Go window about 7 weeks ago. Been a few months since I last spoke to them, but my understanding is that they are forcing the car t...

Re: Charging at preferred times

For most smart chargers, it's better to leave the car dumb and let the charger do the scheduling.

Re: What EV charger

Try changing you car in the Ohme app to ‘ ID3 1st 2022 CPWL’. It was what they set up that got my ID3 working and another forum member suddenly started getting the same problem with his Born and it worked for him on that too. Indeed. I'm aware of this (they were going to create a Cupra-specific var...

Re: First reasonoble length drive.... Hmm

OK. So the touch door handles don't like the rain and the auto-dip headlights cannot handle a decent downpour... flashing all over the shop this morning in the heavy rain. Also, got in it tonight and the Nav + entertainment icons didn't work. Had to pull over, lock the doors and unlock again to 're...

Re: Fault in the electric drive system

Is the message still being displayed as you drive it? If it's disappeared (but will still be stored for reference) then i'd keep driving it until its resolved.

Re: First reasonoble length drive.... Hmm

Yea. Won't be using the parking thing I doubt. Reversing dipping mirrors? Selected in the exterior functions, but they don't tip down in reverse? Ideas? And how the heck do you get leaves out from behind the front grille.... My radiator / heat exchanger looks set back a lot further from the...

Re: Primary User Profile

Yes, the app is almost useless - it worked so much better on the ID3 with software 2.3, in that I didn't get harassed to log in with the car every time I got in it. Having the car then chase me for a minor infotainment update regularly, which seems to do nothing but cock-up my climate/temp settings,...
