For me the Model 3 looks dated now. There are already pictures circulating of its facelift model. Also every other car these days is a white Model 3. I think every EV after the Born will be something other than a Tesla.
Very interested in seeing the CUPRA Tavascan when it arrives.

Re: No jack with the Born as standard?
I asked this question at my Cupra dealer and they advised that its not included as the car is installed with run flat tyres. Yeah, but what I'm saying is that even if you don't have run-flat tires you still don't get a jack. A tire iron is also listed as part of the tool kit (PY1/PY3) but nobody ha...

Re: Opinion of Beats audio?
I debated the Beats audio upgrade when I was ordering mine but decided against it. It was only after getting the car that I found out the standard audio system has no rear speakers. Had I known that beforehand I would have opted for Beats.

Re: Keyless Lock/Unlock
Works perfectly for me. Basically to unlock the car touch the inside of the door grab handle. To lock it cover the ------- indent on the outside edge of the door grab handle. Not being distinct about this will cause it to get confused and not do what you are expecting it to do.

Re: Should I buy a Born until the issues are resolved
Just wanted to chime in and give my experience as a Born wonder since last November. Personally I think the car is one of there nicest EV's in its price range on the roads today and always gets plenty on looks. Forums can paint any car or product in a bad light as you very often have the same few ha...

Re: Born no more!
While I find the infotainment an annoyance sometimes, it's nowhere near enough reason to even consider selling the car. For someone who is not tech savvy I'd imagine its very frustrating to use, like getting stuck on HDMI1 and wondering why you can't watch Ant & Dec. I have been incredibly happy...

Re: Always leave the car connected to charger if possible?
Not sure of the correct answer to this question, however personally I only plug it in when I get down to around 20%. I don't need to commute every day so I don't need to charge that regularly.
