Re: Born no more!
Hope Portugal weathers nice right now! Your aircon will soon eat into those km/kwh! Starting to get nice sunny days 😄 The air con doesn’t eat into the km/kwh as much as winter heating does in cold climates, not least because AC works like a heat pump (in reverse), whereas heating uses energy direct...

Re: Always leave the car connected to charger if possible?
Thanks all
Regarding the disconnecting issue, I've only had it on my home charger, not on any public charger.

Always leave the car connected to charger if possible?
Tesla recommends owners who have a home charger to always leave the car connected to the charger as much as possible. Partly so that certain features like "Sentry mode" don't drain the battery and also so that pre-heating the car is done with current from the charger and not using the batt...

Re: Born no more!
in the end there was only Tesla I considered a Model 3 standard range (now with 60kWh LFP battery) when my Born looked like it would never arrive. Especially as the price of a new Model 3 is now €46k here in Portugal and a new Born with just a few options will easily be €50k or more. Even my Born, ...

Re: Wheel not straight?

Re: Should I buy a Born until the issues are resolved
with a heavy reliance on Rapid charging - which can be a total PITA A PITA because of the charging infrastructure in the UK, or because of issues with the Born related to fast charging? I've had my Born a couple of weeks now and have only fast charged it once with no issues. The rest of the time I'...

Radio, switch between favourites easily.
Is it possible to configure the radio "widget" so that the forward and back buttons switch between your favourites instead of just going to the next station it can find? It's really annoying that you have to actually go into the radio app, then click on favourites, and only then can you sw...

Re: Public charging in Portugal
Hi potxotxo! The charging infrastructure in Portugal is a bit different to the rest of Europe, which has advantages and disadvantages. Basically, all public chargers have to be part of the Mobi.E network, and then there are a bunch of different "service providers" that you actually have an...
