Hope you get it sorted. Of course, you shouldn't have to spend a load more time having to email relevant customer services, but it seems to be the way of the world these days.

Perhaps they didn't bother with the necessary wiring like for the rear speakers, maybe if you take the beats audio package option you'll get the light in the back door handles
