This was just general radio and basically all audio. I did however find a fix by accident. I used the sound focus setting and switched it from all to auto and back again and all the speakers stated working normally. Hasn’t happened again in over a month which is a relief as it was every few days!

Has anybody else experienced the media unit playing audio only through the central dash speaker and in incredibly poorly and loudly like a very badly tuned 1970’s car radio? Tried everything bar a factory reset and everything else appears to be normal!

I’ve been trying the Magic Word function out and despite finding the ‘word’, which I believe is ‘Hello hello’, it doesn’t respond. I have the Magic Word selected in the settings but nothing happens. Is there an another word or some way to change it to something else more suitable like a name?
