Re: Massive battery recall check - TPI 93Q2
Now that I know it's the car at fault (probably caused by the battery work) that's exactly what I plan to do. Unfortunately being Cupra they don't have any available appointments for weeks if I need a courtesy car. This has left me in a bit of a pickle considering it only went in originally to fix ...

Re: Massive battery recall check - TPI 93Q2
I appreciate that it's an awful situation and there's no question that public charging infrastructure isn't all it could be, but your first plan of action should be to get that car back to the dealer as quickly as possible, get a loan car from them, and get it fixed! Now that I know it's the car at...

Re: Massive battery recall check - TPI 93Q2
Your post confuses me. You had a battery cell/module replaced which has now made your car faulty. You are unable to charge it from your low power home charger, took your family away and are surprised high power chargers are not working either, but it’s the infrastructures fault? Or have I got it co...

Re: Massive battery recall check - TPI 93Q2
My car recently went in to have the panoramic roof roller blind fixed. As part of the visit they updated the software and the receipt also says "S-Replace battery module". NOW WE HAVE BIG PROBLEMS! Problem: The car came back from Cupra fully charged, however the first time connected it to ...

Heating stuck on high - Clima not responding!
Last night I put the heaters on high as I was driving home with a pizza in the footwell. Today my wife has taken the car to pick up our baby grandson and the heating is stuck on high. The clima controls are not responding and are showing as off even though the fans are on the setting I had them on l...

Panoramic sunroof shade derailed
Hi All, I’m thinking this is going to need a service visit but never heard of it happening before. Maybe because the panoramic roof is an extra and not too common. Anyway I swiped the button to slide the shade from closed > open when I heard a crinkling noise. When I looked up, instead of the shade ...

Re: Update 3.2.1 now available - TPI 93S2
Based on what I have read here and elsewhere there doesn't seem to be any real benefit that justifies the hassle of taking your car in. Infotainment annoyances aside everything else works fine so I don't think I'll bother unless Cupra specifically contact me.

Re: B or D?
I enjoy D more in general, especially if I feel like a spirited drive, however I always use B for town/city driving as it really helps with the stop start nature of those situations. I also use B for wet/icy conditions as it feels more controlled.

Re: New OTA update
The last week or so the car has started frequently telling me there are updates and do I want to apply them. I have found that pressing ok changes my climate control from cold to high! The weather is really warm in the UK at the moment so I immediately try and turn it back down as quickly as possibl...
