I got an email from Cupra (not the dealer) and within 3 weeks it was available to collect. I didn't sign up to Cupra, this was done by the dealer.

Mine took about 3 weeks after being told it had left the factory.

Just to help understanding, if you don't press stop charge the car will charge until Octopus notices it, and then it will send remote signal to car to stop? You'll get used to it. The back end servers that make this work appear to be regularly unavailable, mine is playing up today.

I've had this when not accepting the user profile nag and something else opening over it. I find holding the power button below left of screen to go back to the clock screen, then pressing again to turn back on brings profile nag to front. Accept that and back to normal. May help?
