The dealer needs to either sort it or replace it.

If you haven’t sorted this now the first thing I’d suggest is going to a “non app” based charger such as BP where all you need to do is plug in and pay on a card.

If that works then it’s an app issue, if it doesn’t it’s a settings issue.

In that case go back to your dealer.
