Hi everyone,
I’ve currently got an issue with the Cupra app, where it’s saying the doors and lights - window is open notification.
I’ve checked the car, open and closed all windows and doors but the notification still remains.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Re: Intelligent Octopus schedule charging STILL not working!!
I spoke to technical at Octopus who told me to turn off smart charging in the Octopus App but when I plugged into the charger the App said I needed to turn it on!! Now reading UniqueUser1 advice, I should turn off smart charging in the Octopus App and set charging times, only in my Cupra Born, to s...

Re: Can't open bonnet
I had the same issue! Called roadside assist who managed to apply a temp fix before I was able to then take the car to the dealership to get it properly fixed.

View Battery Degradation?
Does anyone know how to view the battery degradation on our Cupra Borns?
I have the Tronity app which says the battery is 45 kWh, and the variant is the 110 kW - 55 kWh version.
Does this mean my battery has lost 10 kWh from the original capacity?

Re: Intelligent Octopus schedule charging not working!!
I can help with the Octopus part about disabling smart changing. To do this complete the following: 1. On the Octopus app, click on your profile on the top-left of the screen. 2. Click on the devices button 3. Click on the Intelligent Octopus Go link 4. Scroll to the bottom and find the Accounts sec...

Re: Charging issues
FIXED! I had the same problem, it turns out that since its a computer the answer is to turn it off and turn it on again. See here for details https://myenergi.info/wise-people-needed-please-zappi-cupra-born-t11625-s10.html This worked for me, the scheduler in my charger is now charging at my cheap ...

Re: Intelligent Octopus and Cupra
After weeks of trying to get onto IOGO I eventually succeeded yesterday. I can't explain why it was so difficult but think it could be because ar the time of undertaking the test charge and going from stage to stage in the Octopus app you have to maintain an unbroken connection at critical points o...

Re: Massive battery recall check - TPI 93Q2
Further to the descriptions above I've been told (by my dealer and Cupra Customer Service) that there are effectively two variants of TPI 93Q2. Most vehicles are "check and replace modules if necessary" whereas some (including my Sept '22 V2) come up as "definitely replace modules&qu...

Re: Update 3.2.1 now available - TPI 93S2
Today our V2 Born has been to the local dealer (Hatfield) for the various recalls. Unfortunately after checking the battery modules (TPI 93Q2) it does need further work at a BCC certified dealer. Hatfield are still waiting for the relevant tools so they suggested the car could be transported to Sou...
