I had an update from my dealership today re licences. They are saying that the Emergency Service and Breakdown Service licences have to be activated by the dealership in conjunction with your driving licence details. I test drove a v3 and it wasn't on that. The dealer said the 360 camera option isn't available currently due to part shortages. I'd think you'd only get the front camera with that pack but i'm not sure.

I’m not aware anyone has a v3 yet. You’re best bet might be to go to your local dealer and test it out. The one I test drove was a v3.
