Re: Mental insurance hikes....
If you can't beat them (which you clearly can't), then join em. Tired of being the honest one. It's mad really. They want us to go electric, then do everything in their power to ruin it. Crap infrastructure, no real benefits for having electric any more (cost to charge at garages to charge up is ar...

Re: Cupra Born V1
I've had a V1 for just over a year. Compared to the extras the V2 has... I do miss the heated seats a I had in my i.D.3 a little. It would have been nice to have the heads up display and rear tints, but I can't say I'm disappointed because they don't have them. I would say the alloys would be the b...

Worth a watch
Thought this youtube video was interesting.
It's from from PetrolPed and talks about batteries along with a guy I also follow who converts classic cars to EV drive trains.

Re: New Member
Welcome to the forum BornSean. Sounds like you are well in the Cupra groove! I'm still loving mine after 15 months and EVs in general having had 2 ID3s before it. I had a 77kW loan car a couple of weeks back and was very impressed with the range. Didn't realise it had the bigger battery until I saw ...

Re: Click sound from rear wheels
I had a similar experience with the battery module check which was finally resolved by Cupra calling the dealership to explain the process. I also have the "Click" and asked them to look at that whilst the car was in for the recalls but there was no feedback so I need to chase it up. Does...

Re: Golf R to Cupra Born....
Welcome Rob.
My Son has a Golf R and it sounds awesome in the cabin. Think I would miss that.
